An aura is an energy field that surrounds and emanates from a living being, such as a human or an animal. It is believed to be a subtle, luminous field of energy that extends beyond the physical body. The aura comprises different layers or levels, each representing various aspects of the individual's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual state. It is often described as a colorful, radiant glow that can be perceived by those with heightened sensitivity or clairvoyant abilities. The aura is believed to contain information about a person's overall well-being, emotions, thoughts, and spiritual energy. It is also thought to interact with the surrounding environment and can be influenced by various factors such as emotions, health, and energetic interactions with others. The study and interpretation of the aura can provide insights into an individual's energetic state and can be used for healing, self-awareness, and spiritual development.

The 7 Layers of the Human Aura

The human aura consists of seven layers, each representing different aspects of our being and energy.

1.      The first layer is the Etheric Body, which is closest to the physical body and represents the physical aspects such as muscles, tissues, and bones. It is connected to the root chakra.

2.      The Emotional Body is the second layer and represents our emotions and feelings. It is connected to the sacral chakra.

3.      The Mental Body is the third layer representing our thoughts, cognitive processes, and state of mind.  It is connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra.

4.      The Astral Body is the fourth layer and represents our relationships, emotions, and desires.  It is connected to the heart chakra.

5.      The Etheric Template is the fifth layer and represents the blueprint of our physical body on the physical plane.  It includes our identity, personality, and overall energy.  It is connected to the throat chakra.

6.      The Celestial Body is the sixth layer and represents our connection to the Divine and all other beings.  It carries a strong vibration and is connected to the third eye chakra.

7.      The Causal Body is the seventh and furthest layer from the physical body. It represents the feeling of being one with the Universe and holds information about our souls and previous lifetimes.  It is connected to the crown chakra.

Healing the Aura

Healing the aura involves various practices and techniques aimed at restoring balance, clearing blockages, and promoting overall well-being in the energetic field surrounding an individual. Here are some common approaches to healing the aura:

1.      Energy Healing: Modalities such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, or Quantum Touch involve the use of hands-on or hands-off techniques to channel healing energy into the aura, promoting balance and clearing any energetic imbalances or blockages.

2.      Chakra Balancing: Since the aura is closely connected to the chakra system, balancing and aligning the chakras can have a positive impact on the aura. This can be done through meditation, visualization, sound therapy, or working with crystals and gemstones associated with each chakra.

3.      Aura Cleansing: Clearing the aura of any stagnant or negative energy is an important aspect of healing. This can be done through smudging with sage or other cleansing herbs, using sound vibrations like bells or singing bowls, or visualizing a cleansing light washing through the aura.

4.      Energetic Protection: Strengthening the aura's protective barrier can help shield it from negative influences. This can be achieved through visualization techniques, wearing protective crystals, or setting energetic boundaries.

5.      Emotional Healing: Addressing and releasing emotional wounds or traumas can have a positive impact on the aura. Practices such as therapy, journaling, meditation, or energy work focused on emotional healing can help restore balance to the aura.

6.      Grounding: Grounding techniques help to anchor and stabilize the aura, ensuring a strong connection to the Earth's energy. Walking barefoot in nature, practicing grounding exercises, or using grounding crystals can support this process.

7.      Self-Care: Taking care of one's physical, emotional, and mental well-being is essential for maintaining a healthy aura. Engaging in activities that bring joy, practicing self-love and self-care, maintaining a balanced lifestyle, and managing stress can all contribute to a vibrant and harmonious aura.

Each layer of the aura has its own unique characteristics, colors, and connections to specific chakras, reflecting different aspects of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves. The state of the chakras can be observed and understood through the layers of the aura, providing valuable insights into our overall well-being and energy balance. It's important to note that healing the aura is a holistic process, and different approaches may work better for different individuals. It is recommended to work with experienced energy healers or practitioners who can provide guidance and support in the healing journey.
