Come relax and enjoy bathing in the healing vibration of crystal bowls and other vibrational instruments.

This experience brings the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies into balance. Promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, and clearing stagnation. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

We will begin by sipping some herbal tea infused with the essence of crystals.  After bathing in sound you will slowly be  guided back, inviting gentle movement back into your body.
