Come relax and enjoy a guided meditation followed by bathing in the healing vibration of crystal bowls and other vibrational instruments.

We will begin with enjoying lavender tea, which symbolizes peace and purification.  It enhances intuition and this spiritual journey.. This will be follewed by a guided meditation to meet your Spirit Guide(s).  We all have spirit guides to help us along life's path.  Your guides are with you to offer unconditional love, protection, and support.  This meditation will lead us into a sound bath. Crystal sound bowls and other percussion instruments will be used. 

This experience brings the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies into balance. Promoting deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, and clearing stagnation. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

 After bathing in sound you will slowly be guided back, inviting gentle movement back into your body.
