The Sound Bath will involve the use of singing bowls, wave drum, gong and other instruments to create a harmonious and calming atmosphere. The vibrational frequencies of the sounds produced by these instruments will work to promote relaxation and balance, helping to reduce stress and anxiety and improve overall well-being.
